Occupational therapy in coordinated care: A project from Glarus

Abstract

Coordinated care in Switzerland has become a key issue in Switzerland, not only in the context of the Federal Councils Health Strategy 2020, but also at association level. We are networking with the professional healthcare associations and discussing the options for implementation. How can we as occupational therapists take specific steps to help stimulate coordinated care in a region? An example from Glarus can illustrate how this can be achieved.
