Occupational Therapy with Alcoholics in Israel

Abstract

The first introduction of occupational therapy (OT) into the treatment of alcoholics in Israel is described after 3 years of experimental work in a Jerusalem treatment center where two groups—alcoholics' wives and recovering alcoholics—met in weekly OT sessions.
