Contractual Agreements and Occupational Therapy Practice

Abstract

This article provides basic information about oral and written contracts as related to occupational therapy practice. Contracts are defined and described and related to specific ethical principles in the AOTA “Code of Ethics”. Three case studies are presented and discussed.
