Abstract

Namibia became a new organizational member of the World Federation of Occupational Therapists in the 24th Council Meeting in Japan in 2000. The Dinette Venter following report illustrates the profile of the development of occupational therapy in Namibia, a country of 1.7 million people located on the west coast (Namibia) of Southern Africa.
