Abstract

The Czech Republic became a new associate member of the World Federation of Occupational Therapists during the 24th Council Meeting in Japan in 2000. The following report illustrates the profile of the development of occupational therapy in Czechoslovakia, a country of about 16 million people, located in Eastern Europe.
